Calculus Marketplace currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Available methods, costs, estimated delivery timing, and any product-specific restrictions are shown before payment.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment authorization and inventory confirmation. Tracking information is sent by email when an order ships. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Returns
Return eligibility, return window, and any restocking or return-shipping terms are identified on the applicable product page. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions. Items must be returned in the condition received with included accessories and packaging unless the item arrived damaged or materially different from its listing.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact solutions@calculusenterprises.com promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after approval varies by financial institution. Shipping charges are nonrefundable except where required by law or where the error is ours.
