These terms apply to purchases from Calculus Marketplace, operated by Calculus Enterprises LLC. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Independent reseller disclosure
Calculus Enterprises LLC is an independent reseller. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Calculus Enterprises is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer of the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties may vary based on reseller status. Any applicable warranty information will be identified on the product page.
Products and availability
Product descriptions are based on information reasonably available to us. Colors and appearance may vary by display. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order if inventory is unavailable, pricing or listing information is incorrect, or fraud is suspected.
Pricing, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the final order total are displayed before payment. Payment information is processed by our payment provider; Calculus Enterprises does not store raw payment-card information.
Warranty
We do not claim manufacturer authorization or a manufacturer warranty unless specifically stated on the applicable product page. Any warranty offered directly by Calculus Enterprises will be stated separately in writing.
Order status
Orders may have one of these statuses: Paid, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled, or Refunded. Status updates are sent to the email address provided at checkout.
